Our THANKSgiving x 365 Fund Drive

 

Without our nutrition programs, many elders would no longer be able to maintain their current independent living situations.

We offer either a Home Delivered Meals program and/or a Senior Dining

        Site in every town across the Cape and Islands.

Our nutrition program is in greater demand then ever before. We currently serve 1,000 meals on a daily basis.

We provide pre-cooked meals for many elders on weekends as well as holidays, making us truly a 365-day a year service.

Last year, Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands served 257,803 meals to frail elders in our community.

Meals-on-Wheels are more than just a meal; it's a safety check and vital human link to the outside world.

How You Can Help Us:

 

A Gift of $40.00 provides five days worth of meals

A Gift of $55.00 provides five days plus a weekend

A Gift of $220.00 provides meals for a month

A Gift of $1300.00 provides meals for six months

A Gift of $2600.00 provides meals for a year
